The trip to Spain was for João Paulo "very spontaneous". "I had some friends who told me they were going to see the Pope on the weekend, with the Schoenstatt group, which I have been part of for several years and not having anything to do on that weekend, I thought it was an excellent opportunity and I organized myself to go there", he says. To take advantage of this opportunity, since the Pope is so close, seems to be the motto of this displacement where the Schoenstatt movement of Lisbon meets the Spanish one. The nearly 30 Portuguese stay overnight in two sanctuaries of the movement in Madrid, following to there organized between full cars. "We organized excursion bulletins and everything else", explains Tiago, who also goes to meet the Pope.
