Juventude celebrated the return of left-back Patryck Lanza to the team after four months sidelined due to an injury. The player, who had not played since February 15, entered the field in the 20th minute of the second half during the victory against Ponte Preta. Lanza had recovered from a grade two thigh injury and, prior to his return, had a setback that delayed his comeback. This year, he has already played eight games and scored two goals for Juventude. Assistant coach Gérson Ramos commented on the caution in using players returning from injury, emphasizing that everyone is well prepared. In addition to Lanza, midfielder Mandaca also returned to action after recovering from an ankle injury. He participated in the match against Ponte Preta, where he played an important role in the attack. Currently in eighth place, Juventude faces a big challenge next Sunday against league leaders São Bernardo, with a chance to enter the G-6 of the competition.
